Where:	Challenger Elementary 9434 Hughes Ranch Road Pearland, TX 77584	When:	Thursday, April 23, 2009 6 p.m. - Exhibits available for viewing 7 p.m. - Formal presentation
Purpose:	To discuss the proposed roadway design plan and to gather public input on the proposed improvements to County Road (CR) 403 from County Road (CR) 94 to Farm to Market (FM) 865 in Brazoria County.
Description:	Improvements would consist of: Widening of existing roadway to a 4-lane undivided roadway Construction of a raised median Construction of a curb and gutter drainage system with a detention pond
