FM 1774 from Mill Creek Drive to FM 149

This construction project spans 10 miles of FM 1774 in Waller and Montgomery Counties from Mill Creek Drive to FM 149.

Planned construction improvements

The improvements will widen the existing 2-lane roadway to a 4-lane, divided rural roadway and include the following:

  • Ongoing construction in progress from 0.45 miles South of W Lost Creek Blvd to FM 149 (Control Section Job number: 1400-04-011)
  • Ongoing construction from Waller county line to North of FM 1488 (Control Section Job number: 1400-04-021)
  • Upcoming construction to begin approximately from Waller county line to FM 1486 (Control Section Job number: 1400-04-037)
  • Upcoming construction to begin approximately from Grimes county line to Montgomery county line (Control Section Job number: 1400-03-006)
