Notice of Finding of No Significant Impact (FONSI) and Final Environmental Assessment

Purpose TxDOT has issued a finding of no significant impact for the proposed FM 676 and Mile 5, and that the FONSI is available for public review.
Description

The proposed project would widen FM 676 (Mile 5) from SH 107 (Conway Avenue) to FM 2220 (Ware Road) in Hidalgo County, Texas.

The FONSI and approved final environmental assessment are on file and available for inspection Monday through Friday between the hours of 8 a.m. and 5 p.m. at the Pharr District office, 600 W. Interstate 2 Pharr, TX 78577, at 956-702-6100. They are also available below.

Memorandum of Understanding The environmental review, consultation, and other actions required by applicable federal environmental laws for this project are being, or have been, carried out by TxDOT pursuant to 23 U.S.C. 327 and a Memorandum of Understanding dated Dec. 9, 2019, and executed by FHWA and TxDOT.
