| Description | The Texas Department of Transportation (TxDOT) Odessa District is proposing to widen Loop 338 from E. Yukon Road to US 385 N. in Ector County, Texas. TxDOT is proposing to widen Loop 338 within the project limits from a four-lane divided highway to a four-lane freeway with frontage roads in each direction, for a distance of approximately five miles. In addition, a 10-foot shared-use path would be constructed to accommodate both bicyclists and pedestrians located on the outside of the frontage roads. The project would also consist of constructing overpasses at Grandview Avenue, 87th Street, and 100th Street, along with entrance and exit ramps, and auxiliary lanes. |
| Purpose | The purpose of the virtual public meeting is for participants to view materials about the proposed improvements, watch a pre-recorded presentation, and provide input. |
