Hachar-Reuthinger Road - Notice of availability of finding of no significant impact (FONSI)
| Purpose | This notice advises the public that the Texas Department of Transportation (TxDOT) has issued a finding of no significant impact (FONSI) for the proposed Hachar-Reuthinger Road project, and that the final Environmental Assessment (EA) is available for public review. |
| Description | The proposed project would construct a new location four-lane divided roadway from FM 1472 to I-35 West Frontage Road in Webb County, Texas. The FONSI and approved final Environmental Assessment (EA) are on file and available for inspection Monday through Friday between the hours of 8 a.m. and 5 p.m. at TxDOT Laredo District Office, 1817 Bob Bullock Loop, Laredo, TX 78043. It is also available online at the Notice of Availability of Final Environmental Assessment. For further information or to request a copy of the FONSI and/or approved final EA, please contact the Laredo district's Environmental Coordinator by phone at 956-712-7445 or by email, as shown in the notice. |
