Purpose The purpose of the public meeting is to solicit input on an access management study for FM 1314 from SH 242 to SL 494 in Montgomery County, Texas. The meeting will be conducted in an open-house format. Staff will be available to answer questions. Comments must be received on or before Wednesday, Sept. 27, 2023, to be a part of the official meeting record.
Description

The purpose of access management is to provide vehicular access to land development in a manner that preserves the safety and efficiency of the transportation system. The FM 1314 study aims to identify short-, medium-, and long-range transportation improvements to improve safety, traffic flow and reduce motorist delay. The public is encouraged to participate and provide feedback about the study.

The virtual public meeting with in-person option will be conducted in English and Spanish. The narrated project presentation will be in English and Spanish. If you need an interpreter or document translator because English or Spanish is not your primary language or you have difficulty communicating effectively in English or Spanish, one will be provided to you. If you have a disability and need assistance, special arrangements can be made to accommodate most needs.
