Virtual details The virtual public meeting will be available starting on Tuesday, Oct. 17, 2023, by 6 p.m. MST. The virtual public meeting will consist of a pre-recorded video presentation and will include both audio and visual components. The virtual public meeting presentation and project information will be located on this webpage.

Purpose The TxDOT El Paso District is proposing improvements along Paisano Drive and Montana Avenue from Sunland Park Drive to Montana Avenue and from Paisano Drive to Loop 375, in El Paso County, Texas, a total distance of 21.5 miles. 
Description The proposed corridor study will develop short-, mid-, and long-term improvements for multi-modal safety, connectivity, drainage, and transportation operations along Paisano Drive and Montana Avenue, in El Paso County. In coordination with the City of El Paso 2016 Bike Plan, the corridor study will analyze the most imperative bicycle and pedestrian updates needed for the community. Short-term recommendations would take up to 5 years to implement, mid-term recommendations would take 5 to 10 years, and long-term recommendations would be implemented in 10+ years.
