Purpose:

To present information about the ongoing US 380 Feasibility Study and solicit public comments.

Description:

The purpose of the feasibility study is to analyze potential roadway options for improving US 380 in Collin County. Options include improving the existing alignment or utilizing new alignments. Alignment options could require additional right-of-way to accommodate the project.

The environmental review, consultation, and other actions required by applicable Federal environmental laws for this project are being, or have been, carried-out by TxDOT pursuant to 23 U.S.C. 327 and a Memorandum of Understanding dated December 16, 2014, and executed by FHWA and TxDOT
