US 380 Farmersville Improvements

Notice of availability of finding of no significant impact (FONSI)

Purpose This notice advises the public that the Texas Department of Transportation (TxDOT) has issued a finding of no significant impact (FONSI) for the proposed US 380 Farmersville Improvements project, and that the FONSI is available for public review. 
Description

The proposed project would consist of the new location realignment of US 380 from CR 560 to CR 699 (Hunt County Line) in Collin County, Texas.

The FONSI and approved final environmental assessment (EA) are on file and available for inspection Monday through Friday between the hours of 8 a.m. and 5 p.m. at the TxDOT Dallas District Office, 4777 E. Hwy 80, Mesquite, TX 75150, 214-320-6625. They are also available online at  https://www.keepitmovingdallas.com/US380Farmersville.

Memorandum of Understanding The environmental review, consultation, and other actions required by applicable Federal environmental laws for this project are being, or have been, carried out by TxDOT pursuant to 23 U.S.C. 327 and a Memorandum of Understanding dated Dec. 9, 2019, and executed by FHWA and TxDOT.
