Notice of availability of finding of no significant impact (FONSI)
| Purpose | This notice advises the public that the Texas Department of Transportation (TxDOT) has issued a finding of no significant impact (FONSI) for the proposed US 380 Farmersville Improvements project, and that the FONSI is available for public review. |
| Description | The proposed project would consist of the new location realignment of US 380 from CR 560 to CR 699 (Hunt County Line) in Collin County, Texas. The FONSI and approved final environmental assessment (EA) are on file and available for inspection Monday through Friday between the hours of 8 a.m. and 5 p.m. at the TxDOT Dallas District Office, 4777 E. Hwy 80, Mesquite, TX 75150, 214-320-6625. They are also available online at https://www.keepitmovingdallas.com/US380Farmersville.
