US 380 from Teel Parkway/Championship Drive to Lakewood Drive
Notice of availability of final environmental assessment
| Purpose | This notice advises the public that the Texas Department of Transportation (TxDOT) has issued a final environmental assessment (EA) for the proposed US 380 project, and that the final EA is available for public review. |
| Description | The proposed project would reconstruct 5.9 miles of US 380 from Teel Parkway/Championship Drive to Lakewood Drive in Collin and Denton Counties, Texas. The approved final EA is on file and available for inspection Monday through Friday between the hours of 8 a.m. and 5 p.m. at the TxDOT Dallas District Office at 4777 East Highway 80, Mesquite, Texas 75150, (214) 320-4469. It is also available online. Pursuant to 23 CFR 771.119(h), TxDOT will issue a finding of no significant impact (FONSI) for this project no sooner than 30 days after the issuance of this notice of availability.
