Purpose

This notice advises the public that TxDOT has issued a combined final environmental impact statement and record of decision (FEIS/ROD) for the proposed Spur 399 Extension and that the combined FEIS/ROD is available for review.

Description

The FEIS/ROD identifies the selected alternative and signifies the completion of the environmental review process. The selected alternative would extend Spur 399 as an eight-lane freeway primarily on new location from US 75 south of McKinney to US 380 east of McKinney in Collin County, Texas.

The FEIS/ROD is on file and available for inspection Monday through Friday between the hours of 8 a.m. and 5 p.m. at the TxDOT Dallas District Office, 4777 E. Highway 80, Mesquite, Texas; (214) 320-6675. It is also available for review at the City of McKinney Development Services Building and online.

Accessibility The FEIS/ROD is written in English. If you need an interpreter or document translator because English is not your primary language or you have difficulty communicating effectively in English, one will be provided to you. If you have a disability and need assistance, special arrangements can be made to accommodate most needs. If you need interpretation or translation services or you are a person with a disability who requires an accommodation to review the FEIS/ROD, please contact TxDOT Public Information Officer, Madison Schein at (214) 320-4483 no later than 4 p.m. CT, at least three business days before the date on which you would like to review the FEIS/ROD. Please be aware that advance notice is required as some services and accommodations may require time for TxDOT to arrange.
