Virtual Public Meeting - I-35 at SH 29

Purpose:
The purpose of the virtual public meeting is to gather input on the proposed improvements on I-35 at SH 29 in Williamson County, as a part of the Mobility35 Program. All comments must be received on or before Oct. 2, 2020, to be a part of the official virtual public meeting record.
Description:
The proposed improvements include:
- Construct a single-point urban interchange (SPUI) at I-35 and SH 29
- Construct SH 29 intersection bypass lanes
- Reconstruct entrance and exit ramps throughout the corridor
- Extend entrance/exit lanes along the I-35 mainlanes between entrance and exit ramps
- Improve bicycle and pedestrian paths

The virtual public meeting will be conducted in English. Memorandum of Understanding:
The environmental review, consultation, and other actions required by applicable Federal environmental laws for this project are being, or have been, carried-out by TxDOT pursuant to 23 U.S.C. 327 and a Memorandum of Understanding dated Dec. 9, 2019, and executed by FHWA and TxDOT.
