Purpose TxDOT is conducting a second in-person open house with a virtual option to share design updates and additional information resulting from public input received at the previous Open House held for this project on April 27, 2023. This open house will provide an opportunity for additional input from the public on updates to the proposed improvements on Amarillo Boulevard (BI-40) from I-40 approximately one mile west of Helium Road to SL 279 (SW 9th Avenue) in Potter County, Texas.  A TxDOT staff member will deliver a presentation at both in-person open house meetings. Questions will be answered by staff during the open house portion of the meeting. A copy of the same presentation along with all displays and exhibits will be available in the virtual open house meeting on the TxDOT.gov website.
