TxDOT is providing an in-person option for individuals who would like to participate in person instead of online. In-person attendees will be able to view the same presentation delivered in the online public meeting, which will be playing on a screen, review hard copies of project materials, ask questions of TxDOT staff and/or consultants and leave written comments.

Purpose The TxDOT Abilene District is proposing improvements to Farm-to-Market 1750 (FM 1750) from Industrial Boulevard to south of Colony Hill Road (CR 111) in Taylor County, Texas. This notice advises the public that TxDOT will be conducting an online virtual public meeting on the proposed project with an in-person option.
Description

The proposed project is approximately 2.23 miles in length in Taylor County, Texas. The existing FM 1750 consists of two (2) 12-foot wide travel lanes (one in each direction) with 8-foot wide shoulders. The proposed improvements would consist of two (2) 12-foot wide travel lanes (one in each direction) with a 14-foot wide two-way left-turn lane and 5-foot-wide outside shoulders. A 6-foot wide sidewalk will be constructed on one (1) side of FM 1750.
