Transportation Study: I-45 (LP 336N to FM 830)

The scope of this study is a 4-mile section of Interstate Highway (IH) 45 from Loop (LP) 336N to Farm-to-Market (FM) 830.

Existing Conditions

The current roadway is divided with four lanes.

Proposed Improvements

  • Widen to eight, 12-foot travel lanes
  • Widen shoulders
  • Reconstruct the existing two-lane frontage roads
  • Reconfigure ramps
