The scope of this study is 6.5 miles of Farm-to-Market (FM) 646 from Interstate Highway (IH) 45 to State Highway (SH) 146 in Dickinson.
Current Conditions
The current roadway is undivided two lanes.
Proposed Improvements
Widen to a four-lane, divided facility. Additional right-of-way is required for the project.
