Transportation Study: FM 524 - Refinery Bypass

This is a study of Farm-to-Market Road (FM) 524 from the south side of the Phillips Refinery to State Highway (SH) 35.

Current Conditions

The segment of FM 524 currently bisects the ConocoPhillips Sweeny Refinery & Chevron Phillips Chemical Company Complex between SH 35 and County Road (CR) 359

Proposed Improvements

Realign an existing segment of FM 524 from immediately south of the intersection of FM 524 and CR 359 to SH 35.
