I-30 Frontage Road Project

Our I-30 frontage road project will improve mobility along the Texarkana portion of I-30. The project has three main goals:

to fill in gaps in the frontage roads between FM 989 in Nash to Jefferson Avenue in Texarkana, Arkansas*,
to convert the frontage roads to one-way traffic, and
to improve traffic flow and safety on I-30 in this area.

We will use safe, efficient, reliable and environmentally sensitive techniques to complete the project.

*The Arkansas Department of Highways and Transportation has worked with TxDOT to pay for its portion of the project that crosses the state line.
