Work on the Falls Flyover will force a road closure on Kell West/US 82 at Holliday Street starting next Tuesday, May 30, 2006.

The intersection will be closed so that the cap on a column just West of the intersection can be constructed. A cap form will be hoisted into place and filled with concrete once it's secure. Work crews expect to be able to wreck the form and have the road open to traffic by June 7, 2006.

Westbound Kell Blvd/US 82 traffic will be closed at Holliday Street. All drivers at that intersection will be only allowed to take Holliday Street South. They will be prevented from continuing South.

A detour will be in place to get motorists around the construction. Traffic will be diverted up Broad Street to 5^th Street then South on Holliday Street back to Kell Blvd./US 82.

The closure will be affect around the clock.
