Work on the Falls Flyover will force two ramp closures starting next Monday, April 17, 2006.

The entrance ramp at Jacksboro Hwy. for Northbound US 287 in Wichita Falls will be closed to all traffic starting next week.

The Northbound US 287-Westbound US 82 exit ramp at Kell Fwy./Galveston Street will also close.

The closures are needed for column work and the rebuilding of both ramps.

A new exit ramp for US 82/Galveston St. will open up in June. The second ramp, a new entrance for US 287 Northbound from Jacksboro Hwy. will be ready for traffic by the end of the Summer.

The closure will be in affect around the clock. Detour signs will be in place to direct traffic around the construction site.

The Northbound frontage road will be opening back up before the closures. The concrete is curing from being rebuilt this week.
