SH 121/Chisholm Trail received environmental clearance in June 2004. This
allowed us to begin right of way acquisition and utility relocation.
Prior to construction, TxDOT will hold a public hearing to inform the public
of the project's conversion to electronic tolls along with an overall update on
the project.
