Loop 1604 - request for proposals (RFP)

On Dec. 5, 2013, TxDOT officials executed a design build agreement for the design and construction of the Loop 1604 Western Extension Project in Bexar County.

On Aug. 29, 2013, the Texas Transportation Commission conditionally awarded to Williams Brothers Construction Co. to enter into a design, construction and capital maintenance contract for the Loop 1604 Western Extension.
