Update. The Grand Parkway Project has successfully reached commercial close with the execution of the design-build agreement on March 22, 2013.

On Sept. 27, 2012, the Texas Transportation Commission conditionally awarded Zachry-Odebrecht to enter into a design-build agreement for the portion of the Grand Parkway in Harris and Montgomery counties.

TxDOT is pleased to present a request for proposals (RFP) to shortlisted teams for the design, construction and capital maintenance of the Grand Parkway in Harris and Montgomery counties (Segments F1, F2, and G).
