I-35E Managed Lanes - request for proposals (RFP)

On May 17, 2013, TxDOT officials executed a design build agreement for the design, construction and capital maintenance of the I-35E Managed Lanes Project in Dallas and Denton counties.

On Dec. 13, 2012, the Texas Commission conditionally awarded the AGL Constructors to enter into a design, construction and capital maintenance agreement on the IH-35E Managed Lanes Project.

TxDOT is pleased to present a request for proposals (RFP) to shortlisted teams for the design, construction and capital maintenance of the IH 35E Managed Lanes Project in Dallas and Denton counties.
