MIDLAND – A public meeting to discuss a proposed construction project on Northeast Loop 250 in Midland is scheduled:

5 p.m. to 7 p.m.
Tuesday, Oct. 24, 2017

Sibley Nature Center
1307 E. Wadley Ave.
Midland, TX

The proposed project would extend the mainlanes of Loop 250 and also build overpasses at the intersections with County Road 1150 and County Road 60.

The meeting is designed to provide information about the proposed project and to also gather input from the public. Maps of the project area and other displays will be available for review and comment. TxDOT staff will be available to answer questions. The meeting will begin at 5 p.m. with an open house. A brief presentation is scheduled at 6 p.m. with a question-and-answer session afterward.

Residents interested in attending the meeting who have special communication or accommodation needs are encouraged to contact the TxDOT Odessa District Public Information Office at (432) 498-4746 at least two working days prior to the meeting. TxDOT will make every reasonable effort to accommodate other special needs, as required.

Verbal and written comments from the public regarding this project are encouraged. Comments may be submitted either at the public meeting or in writing within 15 days of the public meeting and must be postmarked by Nov. 8, 2017, to be included as part of the official public record.
