June 30 event to promote communications and networking between TxDOT and the utility industry
BROWNWOOD – The Texas Department of Transportation’s Brownwood District invites members of the utility industry to attend an annual meeting and Utility Conflict Management training on Friday, June 30, 2017. The purpose of this event is to promote communications and networking between TxDOT and the utility industry, as well as provide information on utility conflicts that may arise along TxDOT rights of way.
The event will be held from 8 a.m. – 4 p.m. at the Brownwood District headquarters located at 2495 US 183 N., Brownwood, TX 76802. Attendance is free and open to all utility industry professionals.
The majority of the day’s events will consist of Utility Conflict Management training. Dr. Cesar Quiroga, senior research engineer and manager of the San Antonio office of the Texas A&M Transportation Institute, will preside over this informational session.
