AUSTIN — The Texas Department of Transportation’s “Drive Clean Texas” campaign is introducing the new “Roadcents” Web app and asking drivers to take simple steps to reduce car and truck emissions that contribute to air pollution. Driving a vehicle that needs maintenance can add $100 to annual gas spending, while underinflated tires increase vehicle emissions and can add an extra $90 a year in fuel costs.
