Where:	TxDOT Tyler District Office 2709 West Front Street Tyler, TX 75702	When:	Tuesday, Feb. 5, 2013 6 p.m.
Purpose:	Public hearing for the proposed removal of Loop 49 in Smith County from the state system and transfer to the North East Texas Regional Mobility Authority.
Description:	Loop 49 is a two lane toll road extending from SH 110 southeast of Tyler to Interstate 20 northwest of Tyler.
