| Purpose: | To receive public comment on the repeal of Chapter 21, Subchapters I and K, and on new Subchapters I, J, K, and Q, all concerning outdoor advertising. |

| Description: | The proposal reorganizes the rules so the sections logically follow the sign permitting process. The reorganization and separation of the subchapters provides for easier location of specific provisions, access, and understanding. Specific areas addressed include streamlining current regulations, methods to increase consistency between the primary and rural road programs, and methods to improve consistent enforcement. |
