Public Meeting - SH 191

• Existing access ramp modifications between Loop 338 and Faudree Road and between New Road “4” and FM 1788
• New grade-separated interchanges at Yukon Road and New Road “4”

The proposed improvements are needed to provide integrated, operational transportation improvements along the SH 191 corridor for local and regional travel and to support existing and planned area development.

Verbal and written comments from the public regarding these improvements are encouraged. Comments may be submitted either at the public meeting or in writing within 10 days after the public meeting and must be postmarked by May 18, 2015, to be included as part of the public record.

Persons interested in attending the meeting who have special communication or accommodation needs are encouraged to contact the TxDOT Odessa District Public Information Office at (432) 498-4746 at least two working days prior to the meeting. TxDOT will make every reasonable effort to accommodate other special needs, as required.

The environmental review, consultation and other actions required by applicable Federal environmental laws for this project are being, or have been, carried-out by TxDOT pursuant to 23 U.S.C. 327 and a Memorandum of Understanding dated Dec. 16, 2014, and executed by FHWA and TxDOT.
