Any interested citizen may request a public hearing covering the social, economic and environmental effects of the proposed location and design for this project. Requests for a public hearing must be submitted in writing on or before Jan. 20, 2016, to the TxDOT District Office, Gary J. Law, P.E., Director of TP&D, 3901 East US Highway 80, Odessa, Texas 79761.

Maps showing the project location and design, environmental document, tentative construction schedules and other information relative to the project are on file and available for inspection Monday through Friday between the hours of 8 a.m. and 5 p.m.TxDOT Fort Stockton Area Office
The existing facility consists of two travel lanes, each 12 feet wide in each direction with 10-foot outside shoulders. The existing ROW width is 120 feet.
The environmental review, consultation and other actions required by applicable federal environmental laws for this project are being, or have been, carried out by xDOT pursuant to 23 U.S.C. 327 and a Memorandum of Understanding dated Dec. 16, 2014, and executed by FHWA and TxDOT.
