Purpose:	To discuss proposed roadway widening and drainage improvements to Greens Road from J.F. Kennedy Boulevard to US Highway 59 in the City of Houston.
Description:	Proposed improvements consist of the following: Widening of the roadway to accommodate four lanes, a curb and a gutter section with a raised median Sidewalks north and south of Greens Road Shared use lane for bicycle usage Drainage ditch realignment on Houston Airport System property Underground draining improvements along Greens Road and Keith Road Construction of two storm water detention basis, one 5-acre basin north of Martha Road and one 5-acre basin south of Martha Road
