Notice of Availability - US 59/I-69 Finding of No Significant Impact

Purpose:	This notice is to advise the public that TxDOT has issued a Finding of No Significant Impact (FONSI) for the widening of US 59/I-69 from CR 277 in Wharton County to Spur 10 in Fort Bend County, Texas.

Description:	Copies of the FONSI, the approved Environmental Assessment and Certification of Public Involvement for this project are available for review and reproduction at: TxDOT Houston District 7600 Washington Ave. Houston, TX 77007 The environmental review, consultation, and other actions required by applicable federal environmental laws for this project are being, or have been, carried out by TxDOT pursuant of 23 U.S.C. 327 and a Memorandum of Understanding dated Dec. 16, 2014, and executed by FHWA and TxDOT.
