CRASH - Implementation

TxDOT continues to deliver the CRASH web application in phases. CRASH went live in production on Oct. 4, 2011 with four agencies: Travis County Sheriff's Department, Fairview Police Department, Cedar Park Police Department and La Vernia Police Department. Additional agencies will be added to CRASH as they complete the prerequisites and qualification requirements.

Checklists

In an effort to assist agencies through the process, the following checklists are available and are associated with the implementation gates:

  • CRASH Checklist -- TxDOT requires functional and technical information
  • CRASH Training Checklist -- TxDOT requires logistical and facility information
  • CRASH Production Checklist -- TxDOT requires the agency to certify user management migration and production readiness
