Individual Project Applications

In the summer of 2010, the Federal Railroad Administration solicited applications and proposals for FY 2010 Individual Projects (i.e., preliminary engineering/NEPA and final design/construction) and FY 2010 Service Development Programs. TxDOT submitted the following two individual project applications on Aug. 6, 2010:

• New Amtrak Station in the Krum/Denton, Texas area along the Heartland Flyer Route
• Westside Multimodal Transit Center and Passenger Station in San Antonio
