Projects Adding Value by Expanding Diversity (PAVED)

Projects Adding Value by Expanding Diversity (PAVED) is an initiative developed by TxDOT’s Civil Rights Division to increase Disadvantage Business Enterprise (DBE) participation in heavy highway construction projects. PAVED targets specific project opportunities in various areas of the state and focuses events on each of these projects. At these events, DBEs will not only learn about these opportunities, but will also have the opportunity to network with prime contractors.

If you are interested in participating in an upcoming event, please register here. If you do not see the event you would like to attend on the registration form, please check back at a later date.
