Donna Hill is the director of the West Regional Support Center.

She is responsible for providing operational and project delivery support for the West region of the state.

A 32-year TxDOT veteran, Hill previously served as the information resource administrator for the San Angelo District. She has gained knowledge in information management and remote office connectivity from current and previous positions in West Texas.

She holds a Bachelor of Science with a major in computer science and a minor in accounting from Angelo State University.

A native of San Angelo, Hill and her husband, Bobby, live near Lubbock.
