Purchasing is a section of TxDOT's General Services Division (GSD). It purchases goods and services for all Austin-based divisions and performs purchasing oversight for all purchasing actions by TxDOT districts. The section's Austin headquarters offices are located at 3800 Jackson Ave, Building 5. Glenn Hagler, CPPO, CTPM, is Director of Purchasing. The section includes the following branches:
