SH 99 / Grand Parkway Project

State Highway 99 (the Grand Parkway) is a proposed 180-mile circumferential highway traversing seven counties in the Greater Houston Area. It is divided into 11 Segments designated A through I-2. TxDOT is authorized to develop the portion of the Grand Parkway that is in Harris and Montgomery Counties.

Update

TxDOT announced it is moving forward with a design-build strategy for the next sections of the Grand Parkway. A draft Request for Proposals (RFP) for the project is expected in early March.
