TxDOT is updating the long-range, multimodal statewide transportation plan.

The new Statewide Long-Range Transportation Plan 2035 (SLRTP) will serve as the state's 24-year "blueprint" for the planning process. It will guide the collaborative efforts between TxDOT, local and regional decision-makers and all transportation stakeholders to reach a consensus on transportation needs.

This is a collaborative process involving TxDOT, metropolitan areas, cities, counties, the travelling public and various public and private transportation organizations. Well-informed stakeholders can provide valuable input to the transportation decision making process. Several public involvement opportunities are available for the public to provide input and to comment.
