Schedule

The Weatherford Loop Feasibility Study was conducted over a fifteen month period. The study began toward the end of May 2003 and ended in August 2004. Stakeholder Meetings were held on the following dates:

• First Stakeholder Meeting June 18, 2003
• Second Stakeholder Meeting September 23, 2003
• Third Stakeholder Meeting November 6, 2003
• Fourth Stakeholder Meeting February 24, 2004
• Fifth Stakeholder Meeting July 1, 2004

Three Public Meetings were conducted throughout the course of the study, and were held on the following dates. Registered public attendance is shown in parenthesis beside each date.

• First Public Meeting July 15, 2003 (183 attendance)
• Second Public Meeting December 4, 2003 (143 attendance)
• Third Public Meeting May 20, 2004 (626 attendance)

A copy of the final feasibility report is available for review at the Weatherford Area Office, which is located at 1427 West Bankhead Highway in Weatherford, Texas.
