order to be selected for an architectural, engineering
or surveying services contract, a firm must be
precertified by the closing date on any Notice of
Intent.

In accordance with
Title 43 of the Texas Administrative Code, Part 1, Chapter 9, Subchapter
C, Rule §9.33 (a)(3), "Contracting for Architectural, Engineering
and Surveying Services", below is a list of statewide projected
contracts with consulting architectural, engineering and surveying
services for the period September 1, 2004 through November 30, 2004. This report
also includes anticipated laboratory, brinsap, maintenance, and
environmental contracts.
A project's presence on this list is not
an indication that a project contract is authorized for advertisement. The
estimated contract amount for the consultant services shown reflects only
the estimated contract cost for the work to be performed by the provider.
