- Request for Proposal 55-2RFP6001 posted on October 28, 2011 with a final response date of December 2, 2011 has been cancelled.
- The Texas Department of Transportation (TxDOT) is expanding the number of contracts for Right of Way Acquisition Professional Services (ROWAPS) by posting a Request for Proposal (RFP) #552RFP6002 for all companies that do not have a current ROWAPS contract for TxDOT projects and that score the minimum threshold of 123 points out of a possible 205 points.
The general scope of work will be professional services for project administration, title and closing, appraisal and appraisal review, negotiations, relocation assistance, eminent domain support and disposal of property. The work will be performed under Indefinite Delivery Contracts in the amount of $750,000 each and a 1-year term. All work under the contracts will be authorized by individual work authorizations on an as-needed basis. A contract does not carry a guarantee of work.

There will be a non-mandatory pre-proposal meeting for all interested providers on Nov. 8, 2011 from 1 p.m. to 3 p.m. (CST) at the TxDOT Office at 200 E. Riverside, Austin, TX 78704.
While not mandatory, we would appreciate the name of your company and the number of persons that will be attending in order to ensure appropriate seating by contacting the ROW Division.
