Pursuant to the 78th Texas Legislature, House Bill 1, Article VII, Rider 26, the Texas Department of Transportation has produced the following reports which list projects under construction sorted by legislative district. The reports list projects which are under construction by the Texas Department of Transportation. The projects listed could be funded fully or in part by state, federal, or toll funds.

When a contract is shared with other legislative districts a copy of the contract is listed in each district.
