SP341-027  PDF  RTF   - For project 2552-01-033 in El Paso County. Allows the use of substitute binders, recycled asphalt shingles, RAP, WMA, Superpave Gyratory Compactor and Pave-IR system. One-Time Use.
SP341-026  PDF  RTF   - For project 1567-02-020 in Dallas County. Provide for a 1.0 pay factor for bond breaker regardless of any test results. Includes the requirements of required SP 341-024. One-Time Use.
SP341-025  PDF  RTF   - For project 0047-06-108 in Collin County. When WMA or Hot Mix Asphalt is used as underlayment under the concrete pavement, the Engineer will assign all sublots a production pay adjustment factor of 1.000. One-Time Use.

SP341-020  PDF  RTF   - Allows the use of warm mix asphalt (WMA), fractionated or unfractionated RAP, and the Superpave Gyratory Compactor (SGC) for mixture design and production control. Allows a separate bid code for level up mixtures with an automatic 1.000 pay adjustment. Required on all projects with Item 341 beginning with the January 2009 letting. Replaces SP341-004 SP341-016 SP341-019 .Replaced by SP341-024 . (Change Memo: de-25-08). Statewide Use.
SP341-019  PDF  RTF   - Combines sp341-004, which allows having a separate bid code for level-up mixes, and sp341-016, which allows the use of unfractionated and fractionated RAP. May be used at the district's option. Replaced by SP341-020 . (Change Memo: de-20-08). Statewide Use.
SP341-018  PDF  RTF   - For project 0718-02-061, 1978-01-047, 2079-01-038 in Tarrant County. Introduce the use of warm-mix asphalt (WMA) additive into the hot-mix at the mixing plant. One-Time Use.

SP341-016  PDF  RTF   - Allows the use of unfractionated and fractionated RAP. The variability of hot mix asphalt properties measured in the laboratory is reduced with the use of fractionated RAP as compared to the use of unfractionated RAP. Can be used at the districts option.
