2004 English Special Provisions to Item 166 - Fertilizer (All)

SP166-001  PDF  RTF   - Changes the amount of nitrogen applied uniformly from 100 lb./ac to 60 lb./ac with 50% of the nitrogen component being a slow-release sulfur coated urea. Required on all projects with Item 166 beginning with February 2008 letting. (Change Memo: de-20-07). Statewide Use.
