2004 English Special Provisions to Item 005 - Control of the Work (All)


SP005-004	PDF	RTF	- Provides for not limiting the submission of shop drawings to structural items only and eliminates any chance of misunderstanding between the State and the Contractor. Required on all projects beginning with the January 2007 letting. Replaces SP005-001 . (Change Memo: de-40-06). Statewide Use.
SP005-003	PDF	RTF	- For project 2250-01-021 in Denton County. Adds as-built conditions for telecommunication utility installations and documentation for water and sewer installation. One-Time Use.
SP005-002	PDF	RTF	- For project 2374-02-110 in Dallas County. Provide to the Department plans depicting as-built conditions of the completed project for each respective utility upon completion of the project, including GPS plan-view coordinate data. One-Time Use.
SP005-001	PDF	RTF	- Submit shop drawings electronically for the fabrication of structural items as documented in the Guide to Electronic Shop Drawing Submittal. Required on all construction projects beginning with the October 2005 letting. Replaced by SP005-004 . Statewide Use.
