Eligible Applicants

The following applicants are eligible to apply. Participation must include a minimum of three cities representing a specific region in Texas.

  • City convention and visitor bureaus
  • Chambers of commerce
  • Rural and regional tourism organizations that promote travel to a specific region

NOTE: Only applications submitted via this Web page will be accepted. Applications will be awarded to qualified applicants on a first-come, first-served basis. For more information, call us at (512) 486-5800.

** For September-February displays, applications will be accepted beginning at 8:00 a.m. CDT on the first business day (Monday-Friday) of June and ending at 5:00 p.m. CDT on June 10.
** For March-August displays, applications will be accepted beginning at 8:00 a.m. CST on the first business day (Monday-Friday) of December and ending at 5:00 p.m. CST on December 10.


Display Preferences

Your displays can only be shown in one location per six-month period, so please prioritize your display preferences, on a scale from one to 10, with one being your preferred display location.

Display Descriptions

Please enter the city or county where the attraction is located. Describe each transparency and each promotional item and/or icon to be placed in the display case.

The following example is a description of three 11˝ wide x 14˝ high vertical transparencies:

  1. San Marcos - Tubing on the San Marcos River
  2. Temple - Miller Springs Nature Center on Lake Belton
  3. New Braunfels - Natural Bridge Wildlife Ranch
