A draft agenda is posted to this web site approximately
six weeks prior to a given commission meeting. A revised
draft is posted after the first Monday of the meeting month
and the final agenda is posted with the Secretary of State
and on this web site eight days prior to the commission
meeting.
This draft agenda is provided for informational purposes

State approximately one week before a scheduled meeting, a
draft agenda is subject to change at any time without
notice. The Texas Department of Transportation is not
