The Office of Strategic Policy and Performance Management (SPPM) supports TxDOT's Executive Administration and the Texas Transportation Commission in developing a strategic direction for the future of transportation in Texas. SPPM also works with TxDOT regions, divisions, districts and offices to draft objectives, strategies and performance measures to support the strategic direction statements and to actively gauge how the agency is performing.
